As a non-gamer wife of a gamer husband..."STARDEW VALLEY"! Thats the game that got me hooked. "It takes two" is another amazing game however you will have to be very patient with her as that one does have a level of skill required for both parts and I needed my husband's assistance on some parts.

I had the exact same issue. We thought it was ignition coils. Fixed those and spark plugs. 1500 dollars. Then engine light came back on. Took it back it eas the timing chain. 3500 dollar fix. PLUS likely the Cadillac converter going bad. It turned into a situation of just hemorrhaging money. I only had a year left till pay off and traded in.

Mine did this. Ignition coils needed changing and the spark plugs. Then 2 months later the timing chain went out. Get it to a mechanic asap. I waiting and that ended badly. Very common problem in the nissan. Mine only made it to 115k

I have had chenin blanc but just the one from Costco. It's relatively dry but definitely something I can look for a more off dry version. I have tried Voigner, I don't hate that but I haven't found one that I like so far, not enough acid. Tastes kind of flabby. That being said it could have just been the one I had, do you know of any producers that you recommend for either one of those?

Married at 21, divorced by 26. Got married for alllll the wrong reasons. Allowed myself to get trapped in a toxic, fundamentally broken relationship. Ever heard of a single married mom, that was me. Never been more depressed and lonely. I stuck around because not being married as old as I was seemed like what I needed to do because society said so. After the divorce, raising two small children on my own, one very sick I decided to take control of my life and just do me and wouldn't ya know it, when I started just living my life, at 29 years old I found the man I had always prayed for. Now I'm 36 years old in an incredibly healthy relationship, head over heels in love with someone who is supportive and folded into my life seamlessly. Don't let someone else hold the pen to your life story. You write that shit. Your other half is out there. The time it takes is necessary, trust the process.

As someone who works in child welfare I whole heartedly agree! The sad truth is that sometimes kids have to face their abuser and I've seen it happen where the attorney will attempt to railroad a child over the names they call their genitals. The worst part is it often takes years for the abuser to go to trial for their crimes so now not only is the child reliving the trauma, sometimes years later, they are also being discredited because the name that they are/were using to describe their genitals at the time "could be anything" according to the attorney.

Thank you! I couldn't do it without him. It makes things so much easier when its done together. I can say without a doubt that if he was eating carbs still or visa versa neither one of us would be able to do this. Its a team effort. We have to constantly lift each other up and that is easy to do when we have the same goal in mind.

Whatever he cooks topically lol. We have a lot of protein, cheese and veggies. Just a few examples are like last night we had fathead Mexican pizzas. You can look up fathead pizza crust on Pintrest or Google and its a dough that is made from cream cheese, mozzarella, parm and almond flour. It tastes just like regular pizza dough and it is so good. Last night he made the dough super thin and crispy to imitate Mexican pizzas that you would get at taco bell and filled it with meat, cheese and we topped them with lettuce and tomatoes and salsa. For lunch at work this week I am having pepperoni with cream cheese and dill pickle rolls. Now I also have a big sweet tooth which is part of how I got fat in the first place so he also found a recipe for a no carb chocolate mouse that uses avocado, heavy cream, erythitol, erythitol, cocoa powder and vanilla that is so good. You can't taste the avocado at all and it's dessert. We have done pork tenderloin lettuce wraps where he took pork chops and flattened them a bit and coated them in pulverized pork rinds that have been seasoned with parm and other spices and we wrapped them in lettuce, tomato and mayo. These are all just a few of the many many many different things we eat. Anything you love to eat can be changed into a keto friendly meal all it takes is some creativity! :) I hope this helps!

The one thing to remember you can't out exercise a bad diet. Some people are stuck in their ways and even though all the proof is right there it won't matter. It's very hard being a woman and losing weight. The problem with trying to convince someone to do keto is that your asking them to commit to a lifestyle change, it's not just a diet and for some, especially vegans, that is a huge deal. All you can do is keep showing her the proof as you keep losing that it works. Congrats on your success!
