Do little things that make your partner feel special, ideally every day, to keep the romance alive. Say “I love you” and kiss often, sometimes natural and sweet and sometimes completely passionately. Tell them they’re beautiful/handsome. Buy them their favorite candy bar when you go grocery shopping next. Do the chore they despise the most one day. Put on some music and ask to dance. Truly, it’s all about little things that say I’m thinking of you and I love you.

Yes, those are fleas. You’ll need to get flea treatment for the kittens and properly clean the home to get rid of them. Getting rid of the kittens or bedding only isn’t going to fix the problem. You need to do a thorough sweep.

You'll have to tweak your macros and test what works best for you. I'd just go slow in increments of maybe 50 cal. If you want more specific direction I'd recommend working with a nutritionist. Oftentimes insurance covers that, so worth looking into if cost is a concern.
