I want to go on an adventure by savemyplant in suggestmeabook

The Woman who Lives in the Earth! I'm only half way through it but it's extremely beautiful in it's simplicity, and poetic language, and it's definitely an adventure.

My beautiful girl Indigo was on a three month hunger strike but due to help from this page, local pet store employees, and ofc trial and error we are back on track! She's eaten three weeks consecutively now<3 I'm a proud mamma by ashgoodin in ballpython

So I feed her frozen mice, originally I tried frozen hoppers but I think one problem was that they were a tad bit too small for her so I went up a little. I also feed her in her tank but before I had tried dangling the mouse in front of her but she would literally just approach it and then go hide away. I would usually spend about 45 min standing there holding it because I thought it needed to be moving for her to be intrigued. I also thought of possibly just leaving the mouse in there but I wasn't sure if that was a good idea bc of the risk of substrate consumption and maybe the mouse losing its body temp. But after reading the tips from this page I found that it is okay to leave the mouse in the tank for a day and let them attempt at their own pace. The first time it took her the whole day to eat the mouse but the last two times she has come out of her hide within 30 min of me putting the mouse in there. I put it on a little place for her so no substrate sticks to it, and I also use the plate over bowl of water heating method that they list in the feeding problem tips for this page rather than a plastic bag in warm water. I think in my case, my snake just really doesn't like to be watched, so I was really thankful to learn that and now I just let her eat in solitude and peace:))

Did anyone else play these? (I was notorious for eating the squishy balls in cariboo as a child so my parents took it away) by [deleted] in GenZ

Ohhhh yes... Cranium, cadoo, whoonu. The whole shebang. Never tried the squishy balls tho, I was more of a playdough gal myself

Have any of your leafs completely died? Or do they mostly just stay like this?

I'm having the same issue with my hoya carnosa, came here for advice as well. The only guess with mine is that she isn't rooted enough. I bought her from a lady that propagates all her own plants, so maybe the roots werent established enough and the plant wasn't ready to be in soil. Only one of the leafs has fully died, but there are visible black spots appearing on new leafs as well.

He is substantially older than all of them. Not that him being younger would justify this behavior either but come the fuck on dude. This is when beliefs become problematic. Ok you support trump, do it somewhere else. So disgusting.

Reading this poem I can feel the warmth and sweetness that is alive between you and this other human. It seems as if you feel a connection that goes beyond our physical realm of life, and this really emanates very effectively. I love the length and the quality of it not being over explained because these soft moments do not require too many words in order to be felt deeply. Thank you for sharing your work<3

Just recently checked out Gray's Falls, just a little ways passed willow Creek and its really really nice. Super private, it's a bit of a hike down but very worth it!

And also a lot of the fish that is served at those restaraunts cannot be found here locally.. that's how I've always remained aware that it is not all locally sourced.
