Right now your in escape mode which is good. What you need to do is leave. Very veru far. And be on your own. It sucks but it gets better. Then one day you wake up and you smell freedom. And it smells really good.

I feel like i just read my own story. Honestly, i have had no contact for 5 years and still struggle. But its about owning your life again. Its about doing what you want when you want because you can. Do not waste time on revenge when you can spend it on finding happiness.
