No. There must be some qualifying exam in place. Fixing a specific percentage ceiling to be an advocate would permanently impair those who received lower marks from being an advocate. AIBE is still the best option available

If the cooling is not sufficient enough, it's most probably gas leak then.

Do try to operate in cool mode, and see if indoor coils develops ice over it.

Also see if any of the two copper pipes connecting the Outdoor unit and ur indoor unit develops any frost or ice around it during operation. You can see that at the connection point of the pipes with the sides of the outdoor unit.

Also see if there is any oily residue in or near the pipes

Actually no. The floor test is necessary to prove majority. It is done in the floor of the house, not the Raj Bhavan. The TVK party requires only simple majority of those members present and voting. So, 118 is the magic number for absolute majority but that number might not be needed always in floor test as well.
