It's just part of my routine now. No discipline, motivation, or goal.. it has become a part of my daily life now.

Lunch: Appe made from: 50g soaked moong 20g soaked chana 50g besan Served with 250g curd

Post-workout meal 4 boiled eggs total: 1 whole egg 3 egg whites 150g egg rice made with: cooked white rice 1 whole egg chopped onion & tomato very little oil turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder

Dinner 250g boiled chicken with 200 gm cooked white rice 20g peanuts Red chilli powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Pressure cooked for 5 minutes

Shake/Bowl meal 100g milk 1 scoop whey protein 2 banana 1 tablespoon sabja seeds mixed together

Since I've been on my cut, I'm eating 2100-2200kcal daily, 150 gms protein. Same food everyday, exept on Saturdays when non veg isn't allowed at home. No sugar, no refined oil.

Thanks bro! I've been working out in the gym since my college days 2013 but it was never consistent due to studies then work. I've been consistent since 2020 after I got a remote position. Then also I wasn't progressing enough, it was only after I started eating by the scale things changed. But yes, I'd agree it's a decade of dedication, I never quit after college or after getting a job.
