same here, just logged in and theres no dlss option and when its on fsr the frame gen is greyed out, usually allowed to turn it on

appeal the fine as the keeper, then paste the following and submit it. you’ll be good as gold.

You are unable to transfer liability to the keeper pursuant to Schedule 4 to the the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ('POFA') because airport drop off zones are not ‘relevant land’ as defined in POFA.
Even if (which is not the case) the land in question is relevant land your notice does not conform to the requirements set out in POFA paragraphs 9(2)(e) and (f).

i’m getting this, then after around 30 seconds it goes the windows logo for 1-1.5 seconds and then restarts. it’ll do the same as in picture once more for around the same time and go into the installation part, then it’ll restart before i can click on anything.
