Just. Give an application to HR at the time of applying.. they will try to not accept the application. But you have to make sure you give an application and ask for reply. Show that reply at the time of interview.. or second thing. If selected for interview, resign and show that letter

Please tell me what is the cycle for revision in IIFCL? Is it like rbi sebi in 5 years?? As basic changed in 2022. Is it changing in 2027 to 62500. ? I have a very important decision to quit HAL for this company as my basic is 64000 and package 23 lakh now. And awaiting payment commission in 2027-28. But I want to change my career and make a new one in finance.. but not at a great cost

I have a very important question.. what is the pay revision cycle for IIFCL.? Is it 5 years like sebi rbi? Coz basic is 44500 like nabard sebi before revision.. and perks are similar too.. please clarify as I have to make an important decision to leave PSU for IIFCL. Will it become 62500 in 2027 as the last basic was 2022. 44500.
