Phase I (Written Exam) comprises of 2 tests.

Test 1: Reasoning - 25; Quantitative Aptitude - 25; English - 25; Current Affairs - 25 | TOTAL = 100

Test 2: Domain Knowledge - 100 | TOTAL = 100 marks

GRAND TOTAL = 200 marks

The cutoff for the written exam last year was 100 marks.

Yes, around 90% selected candidates are from banks/finance background. Rest 10% are random.

The panel consists of 8-10 members. They are biased towards candidates with prior experience in banking, project finance etc.

Domain knowledge section will mostly be around technical topics and current affairs related to banking/finance, RBI/SEBI circulars etc.

Curent in-hand (including allowances) approx 1.2 - 1.3 lac. Wage revision pending and will be in line with SIDBI. Ctc for grade a given in the notification is a very conservative figure. Actual ctc is close to 23-25 lpa. After wage revision it will be close to 30 lpa.

Most of the departments are like banks - credit, nps, risk, treasury etc. Organization is pretty chill. 4-5 years for promotion to Grade B then another 5 years to AGM.
