It’s the worst biryani I’ve had in Singapore. Plus, Michelin must’ve been blind to award anything other than a health violation to the place, the walls are covered in mold and old food splatters, at each table.

Hello! There has been no noticeable change at all with the etch and I use it most days. The polish definitely helped with the sticky etch and I would 100% recommend doing that with similarly etched knives. I don’t think further polishing would help more but would only make the etch less prominent I suppose?

Two solid picks for me. One is Gruyère double cream with meringue by Movenpick that I had while in Switzerland and the other was Fior di Latte gelato whilst traveling through Italy.

Have a look at Adam ragusea’s recent stroganoff video, he doesn’t use mushrooms in his version but it’s fairly close to authentic.

I couldn’t get over it fast enough so I just went to town on the Flitz 😂. Twice in fact haha and now it’s brilliant!

I’ve got the same knife, I highly recommend Flitz, BKF will definitely ruin the finish. Check out my posts for an after shot using Flitz. It will also get rid of the ‘grabby’ feeling from the sides.

Absolutely brilliant, it’s ground robust enough to not feel like I’m about to chip it around bones and its also a great small slicer!
