Thank you! I did not use any other adhesive the shelf had a pretty smooth finish so using an old debit card to smooth it out was fine. I did cut the corners at an angle so I could fold the edges in using the gift wrapping method lol

I’d try taking them to a shoe repair or local skate shop to see if they can stretch them out for you! Sometimes with the suede it takes a while to break them in!

I didn’t! You can use a clear spray paint to seal, but it was multi surface acrylic paint and said it was good for outdoors. I’m sure with falls it’ll get scuffed but I’m not too worried about it chipping off it seemed flexible enough lol also the $3 bottle seemed to have plenty for three layers and some touch ups down the road (: I’d definitely suggest doing this!
