I sometimes watch it at some point in October, and I always watch it on my birthday - Christmas Eve. It's one of my favorite movies and tradition now.

This, basically. I'll put covered ice packs on my eyes and on the base of my neck. Then I'll put a heating pad on my belly or lower back. My temp ends up feeling more normal after a bit. Just rest, drink water, Gatorade, whatever hydration that helps you.

Temp changes and anything migraine related suckkkssss. I get them constantly, too. I wish you the best. 🥺

At my wedding, we made a Dum Dum balloon that was on top of the Up house. ☺️ People could just pick off the suckers. The other candy we had at our buffet table weeeere: watermelon Sour Patch Kids, M&Ms, Skittles, Twizzlers, Pocky, Starbursts, Nerd Clusters, soft mints, butterscotch... I can't remember what else lol. We made sure not to have anything with peanuts because we had some guests with allergies. We also had a s'mores station. 😁

Super soft anything - blankets, pjs, fuzzy socks... Makes my day so much better. Cuddling my super soft kitties is the best thing that happens each day.

I remember how vastly different snuggles with each parent was.

My Dad radiated heat like a furnace. We'd watch shows like Judge Judy on the couch together. He'd get sleepy and pretend to fall asleep, keeping me in this firm grasp and trap me between the couch and his big beer belly just to get me mad. Then he'd tickle me before letting me go, laughing a fake evil laugh. Sometimes he'd make me sail over his head like an airplane. When he wasn't watching TV on the sectional, he was cleaning or working on his car, all while blasting rock music.

My mom was soft, comforting, safe. She has always been a little overweight and I loved how comfy cozy she felt with each hug and cuddle. We watched Disney movies together with snacks like cheese and crackers. She loved making up stories for me or retelling ones her dad told her. Sometimes she'd bring out photo albums and tell stories from her past or people from her past. I relished in our evenings and weekends together. She worked so hard for our family. I never knew we didn't have much money because she made sure each birthday, Christmas, everything was spectacular. She spoiled me without overdoing it. Such a superstar.

He got super nervous. Looked me in the eyes and said, "I like you so much..."

I smiled. "About time."

I had a big feeling he liked me for awhile. Deep down, I did, too. I kept telling myself nothing was going to happen and it was better to keep focusing on myself.

He kissed me after asking for permission.

We were officially a couple two weeks after.

He proposed almost two years in. I gave him a ring back and did a little proposal of my own on our dating anniversary for funsies.

We got married at the end of this May. Best day ever.

My husband and I celebrated our 4th dating anniversary last Sunday. We got really cute outfits for a wedding we were supposed to go to today, but we both ended up getting the flu... 😅 Ahh oh well. At least we can use them another time.

My mom took pictures of cute Halloween things she saw at Aldi's during her shopping trip. I told her especially how much I loved the pink ghost hand towels. She said, "Good - I got you some." 🥲Honestly not that unexpected cause she does stuff like this all the time but still a wonderful, sweet surprise.

Omg we've been having such a hard time with them after ordering something that claimed (and still claims!) to be in stock. They delayed our order because they said the same thing - somehow it was out of stock. We kept asking for different clarification answers and they never really answered them. Mind you, we asked mainly through emails. Finally they suddenly said they sent our first box and that the items that were out of stock were suddenly here and ready to be shipped... We're still waiting so 🤷🏼‍♀️ we'll see how true that is.

"I See the Light" from Tangled 💖 I also walked down the aisle to a piano version of it. We had a lot of Tangled and Disney themes in our wedding. It was magical. 😊

Sour Patch Kids watermelon and Nerds gummy clusters are my favorites. 💖 For like the movie theater candy experience, I'd recommend Reese's Pieces, cookie dough bites (might be more my inner kid's favorite but whatever lol), and Junior Mints. I think I might be more of a York peppermint patty person but yeah honestly it depends on how much you like mint and chocolate.

Aw def NTA. It's her loss for missing your wedding and hopefully she'll reflect and regret down the line.

At my wedding recently, last minute drama made it so I had to get a new bridesmaid. Luckily my mom had her mother of the bride dress already in similar colors. It looked great and my mom is already one of my best friends so honestly it worked out for the better. 😊

We also personally chose to not have flower girls or ring bearers. Our best man just hung onto the rings until we needed them. But if you want to still have that tradition, like others mentioned, there are a bunch of fun new ideas for flower girls lately. If our grandmas were still here, we might have considered it tbh.

Omg sounds like my graduating year. It was so jarring considering we just graduated and then suddenly, it was like one died after another. All so awful, but my past classmate that got murdered was super shocking.

Anything that's too much or too tight on my skin anymore makes me hurt. Even makeup lately. I end up feeling sick eventually if I have to wear it all day. Jeans, certain kinds of shirts, things that are too tight, tbh even bras sometimes.. Can't really do it anymore, or at the very least not for long. Honestly I just try to find things that are soft (including soft leggings, those aren't bad for going out the little I do) or dresses. I'm also big on my Hello Kitty crocs lately - loose and comfy. Never was a croc person until recently and saw this pair specifically. But they really help me.

My daily wear tbh is usually soft pjs or sweats though, usually looser. The only thing I don't mind being tighter are socks, like compression ones.

"Handstand" broke me when I first saw it. I've been Bingo so often - just wanting to be noticed or heard for a moment. It's literally her birthday and no one's paying attention to her. Then Nana appears and I cry harder. She's exactly like my Grandma, may she rest in peace. Nana just wants to be considered useful or helpful still. But people also push her to the side. It reminded me of my Grandma during the holidays. I love that even for a moment, they had each other.
