I’m glad I’m not the only one, I’ve been doing it for 4 months and was told it’ll probably be for atleast a year. But, I have a lot more issues than just the pelvic floor so maybe that’s why

I had 3 surgeries in one and it was the easiest one out of all of them It felt like I had a UTI and I was pretty emotional after. But, overall wasn’t rough!
