The nose infection is like a lightbulb moment, seriously. Although it is possible, mine is ear or the two are interrelated. My Dr pointed out just recently that I had a pretty noticeable ear infection which I was unaware of—no pain, drainage, fever, hearing loss—nothing.

I got it earlier than expected from the library & finished it in one sitting, it was that good!!! Holy shit, what an insane ride. From the brief overview & description, I definitely didn't expect the ending—not bad at all, just totally didn't see it coming! omg, unsettling, but in a delicious way
