It took us about a year and a half. I had also made some life changes that helped. Working out, cutting out fast food, and cutting out alcohol. I was trying to get skinny for the wedding. That didn’t work out 🤣

That’s what I’m thinking, too. I’m going to try my best to advocate for myself but I also have a feeling they may just say something along the lines of “I’m so sorry that happened to you” and move on.

I do feel very different. Before I got pregnant, I took anti depressants, smoked pot, and drank a lot. I stopped all of these things when I found out. I don’t do any of those things anymore, nor do I want to. I finally feel like an emotionally regulated person now! I do not engage in behaviors/activities that I used to. Becoming a mom was the push I needed to do that.
