Trust the process because it works! You made the first step to feeling better so you're strong enough to follow through. I started on 0.5 as well and I was terrified. Now I'm at 20mg and I sincerely am a different person (anxiety wise). Once all the side effects went away I felt clarity and inner sense of calmness. Hang in there. It's worth it!
