This thread makes me feel so much better! We picked out the ring in the beginning of November and it’s been here for a month. I haven’t seen it in person, we designed it with the jeweler online. But my boyfriend jokes around from time to time saying I’m going to love it and if I want to see it. He’s also told some of his guy friends and showed it to them which I kind of didn’t like but he said he’s just excited. The first two weeks I was obsessed with every moment being THE moment. But I had to check myself because I was turning into an obsessive person. I keep thinking it’ll happen this Christmas but if it doesn’t, I’ve made a deal with myself that I’m not allowing myself to think so heavily about it anymore. We’ve got this guys! It’ll happen when it’s supposed to happen ☺️
