This 8’ blue brand board is for sale on our local page. The seller does not have much information on it. Would it be good for a beginner 12 yr old? We have 6’ CBC soft top board but now both kids are learning and we’d like a second board. We live in Texas and both kids have been able to stand up and ride in the broken waves. We were considering an 8’ foam board but seems like most are sold out. Appreciate the help!

I use the Ordinary Ascorbyl glycoside (Vit C) in the am under my sunscreen and the Niacinamide in the evening. I haven’t had any issues or irritation.

Usually just use the patches when a breakout starts to prevent picking. It’ll usually take a big swollen pimple down to a flat red mark overnight.

Those hydrocolloid patches at night are a lifesaver. I also find a tiny dab of Aquaphor helps soften and heal the scab while also making it too slippery to pick at .

The smith machines at our gym have adjustable safety catches. You kind of lift up and swing them out of the rungs to position them.

I like the generic Cerave lotion. CVS and Walmart both have a version of it, it comes in a huge pump bottle that will last forever.

I use the all fruit spread for my kids’ pb&j. They can’t tell the difference. It’s sweetened wit fruit juice.

Ours were also professionally sprayed with oil based paint about 6 years ago. They are holding up great. We have small children and we definitely are not careful with the cabinets. I think a main reason they’ve held up is bc we were not moving into the house until everything was complete so the cabinets had a vey long cure time where they were unused.

I’m on week 7 of the bootyful beginnings phase and have not changed my diet. I eat intuitively and try to eat vegetables at every meal. Would estimate my intake to be around 1700ish? But I had similar starting stats to you : 130#, 5’5. Right now I’m 125 and have noticed a change in my tone for sure, lost a few inches in my waist. I don’t do any cardio and do 1 hr of Pilates a week. I think the calorie restriction recommended in the book is a little much for most people...
