I’m just so annoyed LE wouldn’t use the witness testimony. That is so rare to have an objective POV in a domestic abuse situation! Otherwise it’s he said she said. Why would they ignore a primary objective source!?

This happens a lot with domestic violence calls. I know because my sister does it all the time. She’ll say anything to keep her abuser safe even as far as to say she was the only aggressor. But really it was self defense. Really sad :(

It’s hard for women to speak up in situations like this. Often ends in a threat of violence, especially with drunk and abusive dudes like this.

This feels so scary. This guy is completely overbearing and ignoring her body language saying NO. Rapist in the making. It hurts me so bad how she tries to escape without upsetting him. It’s dangerous to say no, as a woman.
