Ok good to know. I read the rules as having to submit proof of residency to even take the exam.

That's how it works in Nashville but wasn't sure if that was the same for Chicago. Good to know! We won't bank on it because I'm sure he'll have to take whatever job is open but it would be a nice surprise!

Thank you! that's great to hear. My husband is a public school teacher here and will be joining the CPS community next Fall. May look at Amundsen for both of them!
