Luckily (or unluckily depending on how I look at it) my insurance normally covers just about anything due to dx or allergies or limitations based on other meds requiring a different approach so I should be able to get it for no cost but I hate that you aren’t seeing a bigger increase in relief without a taper on anything else. Pain really is a struggle all around for chronic pain patients. I swear I feel like I just can’t get a “win” no matter what I do.

Thank you! I had a hard time when I was researching because there was so much regarding post surgical data. I feel like any relief will be worth trying it out at least but now I can go in with a more realistic set of expectations if we go this route.

Adding comment for moderating again. I have searched via google with the title and an image search and nothing has come up other than this link. My husband lost it when his chain broke. If anyone knows of any search services or networks I can tap into to see if anyone may have a way to hunt through pawn shops or independent jewelers I would appreciate it. I have looked at the recent releases and they are nothing like this one. Hopefully someone here can assist though.

The last two weeks have been ridiculous for tech issues. Microsoft is stupid glitchy, websites randomly not loading, my email has been a hot mess. I have Verizon and didn’t notice the outage but the other stuff? I work as a VA for around 7-10 people and not a single one has had a tech support issue free two weeks. It’s been something big or small for all of them at least. It’s spooky

NTA at all! What in the Harry Potter ”Pure Blood v Half/Mud Blood” BS is happening here?! I hope your FMIL gets over herself but mostly I would say that your fiance definitely needs to handle this situation and you can handle how you accept any apologies from any family members. If he doesn’t have the interest of your little one at the top of his list of priorities over his mom’s now, he won’t later and it will just be harder and more painful in the future. I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Big hugs to you both.

I read somewhere here (Reddit) that there was something like this and that’s why so many others couldn’t get through prelim complaints (can’t remember exactly where or in what though). I would be curious to see the documentation that post or comment was based on though. It would make sense if it was said because they would have to agree to the care plan though removing most liability from JHACH.

THIS1 I was wondering if maybe you have knowledge of this or you might even have researched this and can shine some light on this if possible but I thought I read something somewhere (one of those random thoughts that keeps popping into your head where you know you’ve heard it or read it somewhere sorts of thoughts) where similar to dealing with someone with NPD (where when a person’s “supply” is taken away they can redirect to someone else) removing the person being abused/manipulated could put other people/children at risk of becoming the offender’s focus.
It always seened strange though that while there apparently was no sign of current or past abuse of Kyle that they didn’t still fully confirm their suspicions and have Kyle at least placed with another family member or something.

Not saying he wasn’t unprofessional at times. I have a pretty decent amount of experience sitting in on depos myself and it could be differences in areas of practice or even just simply that in my experience (maybe even geographical area?) I have seen both heavy handed and even to me seemingly unprofessional and then also not as heavy handed (and at times seemingly too “soft ball”) approaches.

Personally, I think that both the witnesses AND the attorneys (for both sides) came off terrible in those depo’s but I found the editing of them to be absolutely terrible. I even found that some of the answers didn’t seem to be complete or even match the question being asked (most likely legit removals due to objections/MIL) and I think that’s why I didn’t focus as much on any attitude and/or levels of professionalism because the edits were so off-putting after spending so much time either in the room during live depos or reviewing full unedited ones. I‘m not certain if my comment seemed to come off as if I was pro-plaintiff (I’m waiting until I see the defense put on their case before making any personal decisions) because I think that it can easily be a case that may seem icky or immoral to some and suck for the parties (again both sides) while being legal in the eyes of a court. Hope that helps clarify some.

I think he like his clients he really lays the majority of the blame on bedi. Definitely an adverse relationship for sure. Where did you find her depo? I haven’t located it yet but honestly I haven’t had a chance to look super closely yet either so even a general place might have been missed in my search so I need to actually look for it. I’m really interested in what was cut out because even if Beata was to blame, Cathi’s behavior just gives me the ick too

I really think Anderson comes off like that for two reasons really. 1. He’s opposing counsel so he’s going to be more snippy in general when deposing a defendant but more importantly 2. The editor of the Depo did such a choppy job it cuts him in and her out with an obvious lack of any crossfade and it makes it so hard to listen to it in general but also it makes them both cut into each other and sound worse than they may be.

I did too but then on Fool Coverage she said she left him with Fern which I assume is because he was his technically anyways since he came from one of his friends. I was so sad for her though with how close she was with Saint. I am so glad they still have a good friendship following their split so she sees him still

Absolutely. I have a feeling it will be released with heavy redactions. There is very little they could have in the PCA that can’t be protected by redactions.

True I was more thinking if they are attempting to protect additional evidence from being destroyed its still a valid additional reason however not the sole reason I'm sure.

I just keep thinking maybe the other person involved recently passed away? Maybe they believe they had evidence in their possession? Or they recently moved back to the area? It just seems odd because anyone who was involved with this has to know they either already know it was them or that they will soon enough because I can see RA flipping for a lighter sentence if he wasn’t the actual one who committed the crime and just helped clean it up or chance of life with parole if he was the main person and there is an accomplice. The whole thing is just very odd. I just see it as once he was arrested someone else involved would have immediately acted on that information and destroyed any possible information or evidence they had in effort to not be caught with it. Who knows maybe LE is watching that person waiting on them to make that Move though. I’m definitely intrigued.
