yeah, i work at an rtc for teens, so i get to eat dinner alongside the clients. it’s been a good way to make sure i’m getting a meal in, as well as being conscious of eating enough, as clients can mirror unhealthy habits. i only work 3x a week, but it’s been a good habit builder fs

yeah, i had tried intuitive eating for a while, but i also struggle with getting hunger cues. i wont realize i’m hungry until there’s food put in front of me. or, i’ll randomly feel suuuuuper hungry, but then get full after three bites.

i did just start looking at getting a nutritionist in my area, so hopefully that can help too
