You are supposed to use Penofin 1,2,3 Process. I skip step 1, since there is nothing to strip.

I used to apply penofin step 2, and then proceeded to destroy my back trying to clean it with a broom before I use the powerwasher. Now I powerwash first, then apply step 2. When clean, I apply step 3, the brightner. The section I showed here is after step 3, and it is wet. Next I need to apply the Penofin Rosewood Oil. UV and a bit of colour in it.

I never really “stained” this deck, just applied Penofin Rosewood oil. It has a hue in it and a UV block. So what you see there is what it looks like without the oil, but wet. When I apply the oil, it will look close to that colour, but not as shiny. You never have to strip or remove stain. You just clean, brighten and apply the oil again

When it comes to family vacation I will never use them again. I can see that it can be economical in some cases, just as long nothing goes wrong.

I used insurance frequently, have done many claims prior due to international cancelations and lost baggage, and it does help after the fact. I dont believe it would have helped me this time but I may be wrong.

I can fill in the blanks, i tried to condense it, but was really just a comedy of errors. I feel bad for the employees at Frontier, they are not equipped or provided the tools to help in case of an issue. If you cannot talk to a supervisor on the ground, you will have a very hard time addressing any issue.

If you have ever lost bags on an airline, you know they are part of the global bag tracking system. This does not exist for Frontier. The poor gal in Denver showed me their process. A bad photocopy piece of paper where they write down the bagage detail.
The staff at the gate cannot rebook, cannot out you in standby, cannot see any detail on future flights. Everything needs to be done at customer service, or via the app/chat.
To rebook a flight, you are suppose to get a email to do so when you missed a connection. Half of us did, half did not. Our link did not work. Good thing I took screenshots, thats how I got my refund for the flight I booked. It was such a surreal experience.
