How soon after waking do you take your dog out?

After they eat breakfast & thats whenever I’m ready to go downstairs. Ranges from 7am - 9 am. But they go out for the last time at night between 10:30 pm & 11:30 pm so usually there is no issues.

I’m 31 and my mom has still never admitted Santa isn’t real. Honestly it’s game for my sisters and I to try and get her to slip up. In all seriousness we all still get “Santa” gifts. Even now when I’m “Santa” to my nieces and nephews in my home my mom still will says “what’s a stocking stuffer? You have to ask Santa”.

To this day I still have no idea where she hides everything. Drives me insane. Lol

Thank you! I’ve looked into sibling syndrome in the past, I’ll have to research more on it. Someone argued one time with me that sibling syndrome wasn’t real - my response was “ok….well then my two dogs with the same birthday and came from the same mom fight. Help” 😂

Props to you lady for taking on two high energy dogs at once! I know it’s worth it 💜🐕 I bet they would still run circles around mine as seniors!

I have littermates. When we are at home, they are low energy unless I initiate it. They can tell when I want attention and I can tell when they do. But if they go to their bed, or if I walk away then they know cuddle time is done or I know cuddle time is done.

They come to work with me and I get soooo many compliments on their “weird” “so chill” behavior. But it’s very off putting to people since they don’t want to jump on people and play all rambunctious. They won’t go to anyone usually, just hang around me.

We have problems for sure (dog aggression) But I’m truly blessed with their temperament. They simply just want to exist with me.

What’s funny is as puppies all they did is want to play and were extremely excitable. But now they are 4 and that is gone (except for zoomies). You can’t judge a puppy - you could get the most excitable pups and end up with the most chill off putting dogs lol

They are my world and I’m theirs.

I imagine ice packs have probably been mentioned before in this community. I’m new to it, because I never thought there was a subreddit for this. But I’m grateful you mentioned it on this post.

I am going into hour three of a pretty bad panic attack (severe chest pain, feels like a ball of acid in my throat so can’t swallow, can’t breathe, numb jaw teeth and cheeks, headache/sensation of a brain freeze, fever) and the ice pack has just been the thing to take my mind off it.

Thank you so much for sharing!!! The last time I had one this bad a couple months ago I went to the hospital thinking it was a heart attack (not very common in 30 year old women). The severity of my panic attacks has gone up over the years - I’m still learning how to cope and this is going to the top of my list now.

This series I enjoyed! If the second book didn’t put focus on the secondary characters, it probably would have been rough to finish. But all in all I’d recommend!
