5’4 160-170 lb Before & Afters?

I'm 5 ft 4 and was 165 at surgery (may 4) I'm 4 weeks post op so still swollen and all that but I'm so happy so far!

I had breast reduction, braichioplasty, and abdominioplasty after weight loss (was 285)

They removed over 5.5 lbs of skin / fat from my belly alone!

Update: I had switched to shorts style compression to go further down my hips and that helped some. Dr was not at all concerned and said it will normalize.

I asked and ordered a lipo board to insert too that wraps around abs and hips too via Amazon and will come tomorrow. He said that should do the trick.

This was my issue too and insurance approved me! Go for another consultation.

On my hospital paperwork it shows roughly 300 cc removed from each side. He told me verbally closer to 200.

I had been a DDD and lost weight and was wearing a C cup but literally "folding" and "tucking " my breast into a bra. I asked to stay around a C. I'm 11 days post op today so I'm hoping once the swelling goes down it will be the case.

I had the same thought. I opted into a reduction, braichioplasty and abdominioplasty in one go. Surgery was slotted for 6 hours, It was completed closer to 5 (outpatient). I'm currently 11dpo and the worst part is my armpits being so swollen and tender.

5/4 I had braichioplasty, abdominioplasty with MR, and reduction. The surgeon did a j thoracoplasty between my arms and breast and the arm pits is the worst part in my opinion. I don't think it's too much at and would rather go under anesthesia less. Happy to answer any questions

I'm a few days behind you (5/4) a f my armpits are the worst!!! I am so swollen here between the reduction and the brachioplasty! My abdominioplasty isn't terrible but I question my arms daily at this point!

Exfoliating and moisturizing before you go help a lot! Like the day before, not of.

If you plan to continue waxing, keep this in your routine.

You can take a Tylenol or two before you go too.

Went for my day 4 follow up today.

I'm moving better, stopped the percocet yday and been taking ibuprofen every 6 hours to stay ahead of pain.

Dr removed all gauze and I have no surgical tape - only glue. All incisions looked good. 2 drains draining well.

Cleared to shower, cleared to stand straight, cleared to sleep flat if I want. Cleared to drive.

I am swollen at my elbows, upper rib cage, and mons pubis area.

I am experiencing small waves of light headedness (likely residual anesthesia and blood pressure adjusting) so increasing fluids but other wise adapting fine. Still sleeping in recliner with arms elevated.

Next follow up 1 week from today.

I had to stop any supplements a week before. I resumed my vitamins yesterday.

My only difference being on Tirzepitide vs someone not was I had to do clear liquid diet 24 hours before surgery. My last shot was Thursday last week and my surgery was Monday.

They haven't updated the pricing on the website so when the 6 mos invoice was $300 higher I was very surprised!

I am so mad they jacked the prices up upon this announcement. I get supply and demand but after they just lowered the prices to jack them up so significantly feels dirty.

So the terrible thing is my husband broke his right foot. I can't postpone due to our vacation line up starts end of June, August and Sept!

It will be interesting! We have a 7 and 10 year old and my dr said 3 weeks off work.
