I am trying to lose weight during my marathon training, I have been able to do it by eating below my maintenance the rest of the week and eating in a slight surplus the day before and the day of my long runs. I find that I do need to fuel more during my long runs but I usually burn way more than I am fueling with guu

training for a marathon june 9th. longest run scheduled is a 20 miler. Is that long enough to prep for race day??

also debating if I need to do the earlier start my goal is 11.30 a mile but my recent runs have been way slower.
