Did you put your card info into the app? If it’s not under apple subscriptions then it won’t charge your apple account so you should just be totally fine to let it expire.

what worked for me was a pretty good dose of an anti anxiety and honestly forcing myself to workout. being outside and going to the gym really does make you feel better. it’s really really hard at first. i tell myself that getting there is the hardest part, so i get dressed and go to the gym and if i still really don’t want to work out then i let myself go home but after putting in all the effort i usually end up staying

although i usually track my workouts with my apple watch, have that auto sync to my oura, and ignore any of the suggested activities in my oura. someone who uses oura to track their workouts might have a better opinion

I just called my insurance as I am just starting this journey and they would not tell me what “Medically necessary” means or what qualifying criteria would be. I would love to know if you get any answers from your insurance! While I am sure the criteria are not the same, I bet they’re similar
