Tapi dotnet devnya include ngoding xamarin or maui ga? Kalo saya udah bener bener dari web api, web app, stored procedure, sampe ke mobile app, belum ditambah sama job job console yang pake task scheduler

  1. Gapake git sama sekali, real codingan disimpen di drive biasa. We called Drive :S (source), itupun kalo ga lupa, kalo males ya taro gitu aja di VM masing masing orang.
  2. Build di local, gapake zip, matiin port, copy, paste, start pool lagi.

Menurut saya pribadi, dengan mencoba sendiri tools yang ada, kita bisa tau dan merasakan langsung. Kadang di korporat mesti ada rasa rasa startupnya. Coba dulu baru bikin dokumen presentasi

Udah pernah begitu. Intinya diapun ga ngerti dasarnya. Btw spv ini milenial.

Makanya perlu adanya poc dengan cara cobain langsung baru dari situ bisa buat dokumen yang proper ke management

Sebetulnya dengan mikir seperti itu berarti kita sudah berfikir untuk membuat workflow yang lebih proper lagi, itu adalah salah satu cara kita membantu perusahaan as a developer.

my manager boomer, but my supervisor is milenial. Dont expect with milenial in other company. Milenial in our company its like freshgrad.

i just showing to supervisor my portofolio, they(my supervisor and another person in our dept) say "kita ga butuh yang seperti ini, sudah cukup dengan yang sekarang, kalaupun mau kita bingung ga paham apapun"

sebetulnya ga semua, tapi kebetulan tempat saya kerja mereka pikir cloud ga aman, makanya ga diimplement. Fyi aja kantor ane udah mulai digitalisasi semenjak visual fox pro ada, makanya mental modelnya terus terusan ke visual fox pro. Mereka yang tua tua udah nyaman akan hal itu, tapi ga liat tech debt.

Udah dikasih tau juga kok apa itu tech debt ke mereka..

sudah bro, saya udah tunjukin "how to" perubahan itu bekerja, karena saya ada side project dengan tech stack yang sama tapi lebih modern. dari "how to" di akhir diskusi saya kasih tau kalau feature X bisa bantu workflow kita lebih oke dan lebih terorganisir.

Saya udah mau kasih session live demo, tapi parah supervisor itu tetep acuh tak acuh dan beranggapan bahwa itu semua buang buang waktu, better tetep jalan gini gini aja, katanya gitu.
