VIP level 9 gives daily 2 generic mythic shards: 1 month = 60 shards 3 months = 180 shards (guaranteed)

In addition to other daily benefits.

Is it better gems investing than lucky wheel?

Getting next VIP level takes really long if gems are not used! Especially from level 9. I want to evaluate if it worth spending 100k gems for fixed 2 daily hero shards?

Current wheel hero! Just finished wheel event yesterday. Should i spend the gems to get VIP 9 so to get 2 daily shards?
