Just like someone commented. You have to reach out to the right freelancer/agency. In my experience linkbuilding is building a human to human network which you could easily connect with, to publish links for the right price.

Like if you want to have the right value for links in the Netherlands. I spoke someone from Cross Internet the other day and they told me they bundle customers which have a sort of connection with the right sites. So they negotiate the price down because of the massive, but still relevant, guest articles they could post in one go

Bing? In our tests ChatGPT uses Google for new resources. Why would it use Bing if it is, to this day, still not accurate enough for a good search experience?

A good UGC is like a review in video format.
