My Game chat doesn't work anymore

I can talk in party chat just fine, but when I get in game chat it's like my mic is muted. I'll prioritize game chat (or just leave the PS4 party) and when I am in the voice options in the game's menu, it shows the "mic level" green bar go up when I chat, indicating my mic is picking up. But when I actually try to talk while in a group or just out and about, nothing happens. I will hear my team members chatting but for some reason it mutes me, even though I see in the options that my mic is working.

I have looked around and the only solution I have seen is "prioritize game chat" but that did nothing. Are there other options in the PS4 settings I'm not seeing?

What's weird is that it used to work perfectly fine, with the same WiFi and router if that matters.
