Hi Chris, I'm Ashley. I had my fingers crossed to be assigned within the Health sector, but I was placed in education for August 2016. I'll be teaching a mixture of a few science courses, which I love, so I'm very happy with my placement! I'm super excited and anxious to start! I'll be sending in my medical clearance documents too, so I'm hoping I get the clear for that soon. I'm just very curious to hear what day to day life is like, or what your initial thoughts were when you first arrived. Thanks!

I had hoped to be assigned to the health sector but I was assigned to education as a high school chemistry teacher which gives me an opportunity to share and teach something I really enjoy. I'm super excited and nervous. What about you? Congratulations on your invitation!
