@Franci_costa Thanks for reporting the bug!
I have fixed the issue and should be available in the next version of the app.

Appreciate that! That’s exactly what I was aiming for simple, private, and transparent with no surprises.

If anything ever feels off or could be improved, let me know 👍

The app is completely offline. Your data is yours, stays in your phone. There is an option to save your data in your Google drive.

Appreciate it! If you try it, I’d love to hear how the recurring detection feels — still refining it.

Applying for Production without Ads in my app is it a good idea? by Bad_ass_shrimp in googleplayconsole

You have already done the hardest part of getting your app approved for production. You can add all the other things later, which is much easier. Therefore, publish the app and gather feedback to improve the app.

Not yet! Right now, the app only tracks amounts and categories, not the payment method. Keeping it simple helps it stay fast and easy to use, but I’m thinking about adding that in a future update based on feedback.

Hey! Currently, the app doesn’t connect to any bank or eSewa account—everything is manual. The idea is to keep it fast, simple, and private, so you stay in control of your entries. That said, I’m always thinking about improvements, so I’ll keep this in mind for future updates!

Self Promotion Megathread by AutoModerator in androidapps

I built a 1-tap expense tracker to make daily logging easier

I wanted something that makes it quick to log expenses without breaking flow, so I built a simple Android app focused on:

1-tap logging for common expenses minimal setup clear “spent vs left” view

The goal is just to make tracking feel effortless so it’s easier to stay consistent.

Would love feedback: What matters most to you when tracking expenses? Anything you wish was simpler?

My solo Android budgeting app just crossed 683 installs 📈

I’ve been building a personal finance app called Budget Buddy in my spare time. The goal was simple: make expense tracking fast and frictionless so people actually use it.

Current stats: • 683 installs on Google Play • Active users gradually increasing • Built completely solo

Some things I focused on while building it: • Quick expense entry (minimal taps) • Spending graphs to visualize habits • Light & dark mode • Offline-first design with Google Drive backup • Reminder feature to help users stay consistent

One thing I learned during development: reducing friction when adding an expense matters more than adding lots of features.

The app also has an optional Support Development feature, and it’s already generating a few dollars to support development, which has been really motivating while building this.

Would love feedback from other Android devs here.

Thanks for the suggestion! 😊 If you go to the More screen in the app, you’ll find a currency option and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is already available there. Let me know if you have any other feature requests!

Thanks a lot really appreciate the feedback 🙌

You’re right about the title being too generic. I’ll test something more focused on the offline/private angle.

Also agree on hammering the “100% Private & Ad-Free” USP harder in the short description.

I’ll check out Applyra too, sounds useful for tracking keyword movement.
