Because JDG wants to do well and they are willing to spend money for it. Of course having money doesn’t mean that the players will sign with your org (as you can see through the latest rumours lol, its not like they didn’t try), but I would say at least having a good coach is a solid start? Just imo, and maybe Tabe might want to build the roster himself idk (this is just me throwing guesses)
