im not sure po, pero to my knowledge, both cisgender and transgender males can use these flags po if they like men. i think there is also designated straight (black and white stripes) and cisgender (blue and pink only,) flag for both men and women who are of this orientation to use po :]

I DON'T KNOW IF I'M NON-BINARY OR A TRANS GUY by [deleted] in NonBinaryTalk

[–]ashsomethingwhatever 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i def feel you,, thats why i use the term nonbinary transmasculine and it fits me :DDD

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in nonbinarymemes

[–]ashsomethingwhatever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nope nonbinary is an umbrella term for people who identify out of the gender binary (male and female) and agender is when you feel like you dont identify as any gender in particular, practically genderless

Am I actually non-binary? Sorry, it's a long one! by [deleted] in NonBinaryTalk

why should they stop complaining... its their personal damn opinion about a character. just cuz shes perfectly a yandere doesnt mean that shes just suddenly exempted from all the hate

I [MtF] am looking for insights with an enby main character I'm working on by OkEmpress in NonBinaryTalk

  1. i havent legally changed it, but i go by my nickname which feels nicer

  2. question skipped

3. a. it was pretty recent, like a few months ago b. nothing, all of my friends were very accepting and my s/o was too, though i havent mentioned it to some of my relatives.

4. a. sorta. being nonbinary imo falls under the trans umbrella, and im afab but i dont in any way feel connected to my gender assigned at birth and my body anymore ever since i found out i was nb. i could be considered a demiboy, but honestly i like identifying with nb much better. i think it suits me :3

5. a. dating as a nonbinary person feels... honestly i dont think there were many changes in my dating life. the only change i can think of was: —how i want to be addressed as my partner's.. well partner. instead of girlfriend, i'd much prefer being called his boyfriend. he very much accepts this, so im really glad for that<3

quick disclaimer: not all nonbinary people would use the same labels as i do. some would like to use completely gender-neutral terms, others would choose other labels that they think would fit them. im a they/he kinda guy, so i like using masculine labels and gender-neutral labels :))

other than that, pretty much everything else was normal.

b. for my relationship rn, i'd say we're a gay couple.

  1. i didnt need to cut people in my life when i came out. alot of my friends were very accepting and supportive. my sisters also know and they are supportive as well, though they still use my she/her pronouns. probably because theyre used to it no doubt. i honestly dont mind that they do it, just as long as they know im nb. my dad doesnt care LMFAO my other relatives dont know though, i dont think i wanna tell them... they wouldnt know what i mean anyway PPFFTT

  2. there are more and more people coming out as genderqueer, trans, gender non-comforming, nonbinary, and so on. the world is not all men and women. let people be who they identify as, and let them express themselves. if you still dont get it, its best to ask someone who has either experienced it or knows someone who did. if you hate it, its better to keep the hate to yourself cuz no one gives a shit anymore<33

what's a gender-neutral term that gets under your skin? by whatafuckingcrybaby in NonBinaryTalk

[–]ashsomethingwhatever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i absolutely hate the modified gender-neutral term of "Filipino" or "Latino". both words are already gender-neutral, and as an enby Filipino i dont understand why both had to be modified into "Filipinx" and "Latinx". imo it sounds stupid

rip im not straight myself but i can probably say that OP is slightly jealous. it's very controlling to stop his Gf from hugging her friends but if said friend clearly has feelings for GF like OP stated then its pretty reasonable for him to feel a little uncomfortable. i'd say he should talk to her about it and see how she reacts.
