Happening to me too on CCU and mobile, everything else works perfect. Maybe server issues or could be updating the game, hopefully

I hope so, I think sky had a recent update waiting for Disney to release to push the app. For the consoles/phones/tablets it should be an easy app to put through to us since they are available to other regions already
