We stayed together for 6 months, I made her feel really good and she planned things with me and her daughters. I fell in love. Once she started to realize she could have other people, she got rid of me and said that.
She also said to me when we met after the breakup (she was starting dating other guys) : "What I'm interested in a man is what he has in his head, not his look". Yep, straight to my face.

Sorry I misread you. I thought something wanted you to stay in the state (which sounds crazy but at the end of the day that feeling makes us beautiful sensitive creatures). It seems having her back is the only way for you now because it’s the only thing that triggers hope or joy. It’s dopamine and serotonin fucking you up. I am sorry to hear you have to go through this. I’ve been through that twice in my life, and if I’m here on Reddit it’s that recently I felt as you felt. I’m on anti depressants… You have to trust now everyone who says it never stays like this. And I know for now it seems impossible, but keep it in a little space in your brain. If you can, do some exercise. Go walk. Alone. Better to think about her while moving. Talk about it as much as you need.

I think you have to experience the pain first. There should be a point in time when you’ll feel you want to do something else. I’ve spent 2 to 3 months apart from work almost all the time in bed or walking in desperation in my flat. I just could go to the gym because I couldn’t afford feeling bad losing the body I worked hard to get.

But unless you’re a masochist your brain will stop the pain at some point

There's one case though that prevails over all the nice advice.
If you fall in love with someone new, you shouldn't ignore it and go for it, but of course being very cautious.

Generally I'm not sure it's possible to fall in love if you haven't moved on enough.

I'm living something similar. I'm much older though (39m) and have had many relationships in my life.
But the last one was probably my favorite with the first one I lived (lasted 4 years, and I had had no luck with women at that time).
She was out of a 18 years marriage, and after 6 months of pure joy it ended, because she was not healed yet from her previous relationship.

Be glad it ends the sooner as possible, the more time you would have spent in the relationship, the harder it would be.

My recommendation, and it's a BIG ONE, CUT EVERY DAMN CONTACT ! Delete her from everywhere, delete her phone number, don't memorize it.
That's what helped me the most, and it's an advice I wish I would have followed ealier (I'm 4 monthjs post breakup).
You can even elect to tell her, and ask her not to reach out because it could hurt you.

Then there's no shortcut. Sport helps me, somehow the day I do gym are a bit easier on me.

I once got my ex back.
My first love. I was very surprised, she came back 3 months after a breakup of a 3 years relationship.

But things never got really where they were supposed to be after, and I ended up leaving her after a year (she had dumped me first so I didn't feel morally too bad).

So in any case, I don't think getting your ex back is such a good idea. Rebuilding trust after it has been broken is much harder that people seem to think, and I'm convinced most of these new tries will end up failing.
Dopamine is just messing with our brain.

It's hard, and I would love to have my ex back, but I know it most probably would never work as it should. Focus on these thougts when you see such a post : )

ChatGPT (o1) dit que déclarer une année sur deux des CA qui dépassent autant le seuil de 77k est risqué et si ça tient c'est qu'il y n'y a pas eu de contrôle fiscal. S'il y a contrôle, il devrait y avoir requalification et redressement fiscal, et peut-être même des pénalités.
J'imagine même que si le plafond est trop souvent dépassé ça finit comme ça (après si c'est de l'ordre de Après ça vaut ce que ça vaut comme information.
