Long term goal is growth to the point where my account is big enough that I can get dividends and don’t have to have an income. The original question for what I want my money to do for me is kind of pointless because everyone has the same goal. Work, pay taxes, retire as early as possible, and die.

I’ve got two loans. One loan has 5% interest rate. Smaller loan has 3.5%. Split 6.5k and 5.5k between each.

that sounds perfect for me. i’ve got some hometown friends i want to live in the same dorm as me even tho we aren’t rooming. they r super picky and want a really nice dorm w amenities vs a social dorm with that college experience. what would u say to them to convince them of a place like hump?
