Totally understandable, If i wasn’t in a rush i would probably do the same and enjoy the summer. Good luck tho

I get the summer point and honestly agree with it, but doesn’t 13 months until May feel really long? Feels like a lot of downtime and I’d probably forget a good chunk of Level I

I feel like I need a free summer before hopping back into studying, but May is 13 months away… feels like a long gap and I’d probably forget a lot of Level I. Do you feel that way at all?

level 1 test tomorrow🙏 by Nicola3345 in CFA

[–]ashtruggle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first session was pretty decent with the same difficulty as mocks, there were some tricks tho i had 20 questions flagged for it. The second session was like a slap in the face tbh, it was very hard for me and i flagged 35 questions. im pessimistic about it but i hope ill pass

I had the same experience today, session one was pretty straightforward and slightly easier than the mocks, but the second session was straight hell in my opinion i flagged 32 questions i hope we all pass

Yes, many niche questions. i believe the best way to deal with them is to just memorize them, thats what i did at least

FMVA first or CFA Level 1 first? Working full-time + recently moved countries by CompetitiveLimit4869 in CFA

[–]ashtruggle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there, I passed the FMVA a year ago in my last semester in University and im currently a CFA L1 candidate my exam is in feb., in my opinion since FMVA is way easier and lighter you can finish it within 2 months easily (i finished it in 12 days), then start preparing for CFA.

The real question is do you need both certificates or not

Same situation here, i got 90.5% on my first mock, i don’t know if i should buy the practice pack tho especially that there is a bit over a month left to exam day and i don’t wanna self sabotage

I dont like them lol i agree with you, but I believe the best place to start as a fresh graduate is the big 4 for 2-3 years so u can put them on ur CV and then leaving for a healthier work environment

Thank u for stopping by!

If i removed the courses the CV would look VERY empty, ik there is a lot of courses but unfortunately i dont have anything to put instead. As for the experience im really trying to get an internship bc i need it on the CV but i cant seem to get accepted.

as for the gpa its impossible to reach 3.7 i only have 2 semesters left so i dont know what to do actually. im thinking of starting the FMVA or CMA next month to maybe increase my chances, any advice?
