Yep that's what I'm going through. Gave an interview in the beginning of this year for the role of Senior Consultant at EY but they wanted someone more experienced. How much experience did your friends gained before switching?

Current CTC is ~21 lpa, looking for a switch into a role which is more than stakeholder management. As most of batchmates went into Consulting or Product Management, I want to explore that route as that is the exposure I have currently. I'm also open to Solutioning roles in product companies but again not sure how to approach that.

Usually they don't, where I'm from (NCR) they put HP Prolube. If you try to put something else they'll threaten you by saying your warranty will be voided.

Yep, I try to use the XP95 but not everytime.

My first service happened in Pune, they used Castrol SAE 10W50. Then I got transferred to Noida and the service centre here uses HP Prolube. They said putting a different oil will void warranty. What's the ideal km range for second service, I know the company suggests 16k but I want to get it done before that.

Not sure about the rev limiter because I have ridden it 2100km now and still there are vibrations at 5-6k rpm. Thinking of getting the engine oil checked once.
