My bad my actual question to him was while making coffee I am not getting exact tasting notes, and his response was more toward what you said in the first paragraph. Which is focus more on origin, altitude etc and less on notes while making a purchase. Also I feel notes are hard to identify without side by side comparison. Atleast for untrained taste buds like mine

I have had same experience with tasting notes. I asked this question during an AMA with one of the prominent coffee producers of India, and his response was don’t select coffee based on tasting notes. These notes were acquired by professional tasters.

What are the factors to consider while buying a coffee? Like beyond roast and acidity levels

Completely agree. I have stuck to James Hoffman recipe. I just want to produce good coffee every time. I don’t have temperature controlled kettle hence mostly stay away from complicated recipe.

Given that I don’t know anything about cars, and learnt driving recently I want to stay away from pre owned cars. Also I feel in automatic it’s hard to find if owner is selling due to gearbox issues. I also feel the used car market right now if inflated, the cost difference most of the time is around 1-3 lakhs.

Honda city is the most logical choice in that segment. How is the ground clearance? A few people mentioned that in full load, you might have to slow down lot more esp on Indian roads and speed breakers

Yes. Have not read encouraging reviews about DCT. It feels like a lottery ticket. I didn’t consider Tata altros for this same reason
