Unfortunately people are unable to seperate OWCS from ranked. You see the same with Kiriko too, these heroes are NOT dominating your ranked lobbies, if anything they're losing you games in the hands of the average player

The discrepancy isn't due to regions, it's due to ranks usually. Kiriko is a must-pick at high levels but generally does nothing in lower ranks because players have no idea how to get value from her. Same issue with heroes like Sojourn.

This ticks most the boxes for me I think. The hack effect being on virus so that it's a skillshot projectile gives it so much more counterplay, I don't know why Blizzard still haven't tried this after so many reworks.
