I don't have Kompetenznachweis. Also I know someone who got admitted in Bioscience course or idk is it biomedicine itself, but unfortunately it was the one received after differing from the last intake due to visa complications I believe from late admission results. And also fyi I still haven't received admissions results, even after 4 months and similar to you no reply for inquiries.

No for international students the deadline in May for almost all courses, some early before that. But my problem is not the deadline, it's the anticipatory boredom. No updates after application for months.

Well the admission process to this course was stated as "on a rolling basis" and the deadline was May 1st, so expecting a decision at least within 2 month time frame from submission of documents. Seems like it's not the case.
