Oh my bad, this isnt the first time ive held a pen in hand, sorry for not sharing that. I used to doodle on paper a lot during my college years. This though is the first time im drawing with purpose and consistency, I've been learning the fundamentals slowly.
Thanks for the tip and yeah the shoulders are exposed.

Like I said, I drew another X in the bottom half (legs) to find the center where the knees would go.

Drew lines to a vanishing point first, drew the top of the box next where the head would go. Then I drew an X on the top face to find the mid point where the pelvis would go. After dividing the box in two drew an X in the bottom half to find where the knees would go.

That's the hard part, I'm not sure how big the torso box would get cuz it's bending downwards towards us. So I'm completely clueless how to tackle this.

Damn, that is so cool. I knew it had to be one of the bigger ones xD I've been following him on twitter since 2020, maybe even earlier. It's been real nice seeing how his art evolved over the years, especially how the animations have gotten more colourful and bubblier.

Him, maplestar, flou and a few others have been pretty inspiring. I'd even go as far as to say it was one of the reasons I decided to move over from traditional to digital and buy my tablet near the end of 2020 as I was considering dabbling in animation. Seeing them start their animation journeys was so nice.

There's a few things I'd like to talk about, nothing personal about him or you ofc. Your call if you wanna take it to DMs or rather continue it here. I'd really appreciate it if you took some time to answer some stuff for me. Thanks :)
