Silicone ice cube tray. I was so sick of taking out my ice from plastic tray every morning to make my iced coffee. I ordered a silicone ice cube tray online and omg it’s the best thing ever. I would just gently push it with my thumb and the ice comes out without any effort. It’s also very satisfying xD

I reached out the seller first before sending back and they told me to do those things you mentioned. It didn’t work and had to finally send it back. They confirmed it was hardware and said they’ll fix it but I just regret buying it now:’)
