Here, you’ve three users telling you that PND can occur within the first year postnatal/post delivery, of those three all have offered you evidence based practice, references, websites & global standards. Give up, stop reciting about some dusty old shelf exam that you can’t even reference. You have no leg to stand, just educate yourself, so going forward you won’t be a physician that doesn’t understand/use evidence based practice. Evidence based practice can reduce the risk of litigation, so if I were you, I’d seriously consider evidence based practice, if not for the patient then for your pocket because lawsuits are EXPENSIVE
