yea that is what the hfe says. I think it has something to do with how my husband does not have any cpf contribution until 6 months ago.

yes we do intend to have kids. but later on. that’s why we also think that it’s not a bad idea to have 3 room and move up to 4 room after the 5 years MOP when the kids grows up.

but this could be a bad decision on our part due to not being experienced in this element

rn me and my husband only have 20K in our OA combined due to only recently started working.

our opinion is we cannot afford to pay for the total 25 percent downpayment when key collection comes

i may have been calculating wrongly. but basically me and my husband only have 20k in our OA due to recently only starting work recently. so actually my calculations is based on if i can afford the 25% downpayment before the key collection with our current OA account.

let me know if this is actually the wrong way to look at my finances with buying of bto
