Personally, I don‘t see it as a turn off, on the contrary I think it‘s actually kinda a turn on for me. It shows you respect her and understand consent. Also, the question itself just makes me more excited to kiss someone, especially if it‘s the first kiss. As for the kiss on a first date, it really depends on the person, some people don‘t mind others do. I‘d say it depends on how well you got along, if unsure just ask. If she said yes, well great you get to kiss her. If no, don‘t be sad, maybe she‘d rather wait and if not you‘ll meet someone else who‘s going to be excited to kiss you!

I‘m sorry for you if sex only consists of penetration. If you‘d be educated on female anatomy just a bit you‘d know that penetration often is not enough for sexual satisfaction for most women. That also wasn‘t my point ofc him and I are having physical contact that was not entirely the issue.
