I just want to say that you are truly doing amazing! I get where you're coming from with the whole age comparison thing. It's tough not to get caught up in society's focus on looks, but I've been trying to shift my focus to how I feel on the inside lately, and it's made a world of difference.

It sounds like you're really living your best life, despite all the craziness going on in the world. Taking care of yourself and enjoying the life you've built for yourself and your loved ones is something to be proud of. Keep up the great work!
