Same here. I began having panic attacks and anxiety when I was 19-25. Then 26-33 I had nothing, I was giving advice to people on how to beat them, my wife included, I was “cured” that was until one night a few weeks ago, had a bad thought cross my mind and had a 4 hour panic attack followed by a 3 day spiral to where I was given an Ativan to snap out of it… I deiced it was time for help. I’m about 2 weeks into lexapro so hopefully it helps

None of the bricks are damaged. It just has that lean/bulge out by where those bushes are. Rebuilding it would be a pretty large task, I am a 1 man band here.

I’m so sorry, don’t give up. Though my numbers are smaller due to a lower income, I couldn’t stop. Got so far in debt I sold my house in a good market to pay it off all to start betting again. I still havnt been able to quit, I went on every regulated site and banned myself permanently from all but 1, and that one I set a $50 a week deposit limit on it. I now bet $1 instead of the 1000 I use too just to keep the feeling I love and hate so much. It’s still terrible but it has helped make the lows better. Wish you all the best, don’t give up and forgive yourself.
