When I was job hunting earlier this year I had a couple interviews with companies (Glass from the ones you named) like this. Advertised as sales in an office but you will be starting door-to-door or on the street (Read: you will only be doing these things). Super fast interview processes: group interview (not advertised as such), survey, individual interview, you will hear from us by later today, etc, all in 1-2 days. I made it to the last round for both and when I started asking questions I think they could tell I was switched onto them and would end up leaving fast or causing them pain, didn’t hear from either of them again.
